ASTM A519 Seamless Carbon and Alloy Steel Mechanical Tubing

ASTM A519 covers for several grades of carbon and alloy steel mechanical tubing, either hot-finished or cold-finished. The steel used in the mechanical tubing may be cast in ingots or may be strand cast. When steel of different grades is sequentially strand cast, identification of the resultant transition material is required. The seamless tubing is a tubular product made without a welded seam. It is usually manufactured by hot working steel, and if necessary, by subsequently cold finishing the hot-worked tubular product to produce the desired shape, dimensions and properties. The tubes shall be furnished in the following shapes: round, square, rectangular and special sections. Heat analysis shall be made to determine the percentages of the elements specified. If secondary melting processes are used, the heat analysis shall be obtained from one remelted ingot or the product of one remelted ingot of each primary melt. The tubing shall be coated with a film of oil before shaping to retard rust when specified.

ASTM A213 T11 Seamless tube

ASTM A213 ,  ASTM A213 T11 ,  boiler tube ,  Heat exchanger tube ,  heat exchanger tubes ,  steel tubes ,  Tubing ASTM A213 T11 is the part of ASTM A213 Standard Specification for Seamless Ferritic and Austenitic Alloy-Steel Boiler, Superheater, Heat-Exchanger Tubes. These different requirements provide higher creep-rupture strength than normally achievable in similar grades without these different requirements. ASTM A213 T11 tubes shall be made by the seamless process and shall be either hot finished or cold finished, as specified. Grade TP347HFG shall be cold finished. Heat treatment shall be done separately and in addition to heating for hot forming. The ferritic alloy and ferritic stainless steels shall be reheated. On the other hand, austenitic stainless steel tubes shall be furnished in the heat-treated condition. Alternatively, immediately after hot forming, while the temperature of the tubes is not less than the minimum solution temperature, tubes may be individually quenched i

Pipe for cryogenic device

Cryogenic piping refers to systems that are used in a wide range of industrial applications that require extremely low temperatures, generally around -300°F (150°C) or lower. Due to such low temperatures, cryogenic pipes face unique corrosion and deterioration challenges. Cyrogenic piping is also referred to as cold piping. Implement specifications such as ASME SA-333M, GB/T18984. The seamless steel tubes are applied for low temperature pressure vessel pipeline and low temperature heat exchanger pipeline. Ceramic Lining Pipe and Elbow

Ceramic Lining Pipe and Elbow have very uniform coating of specially formulated ceramic material that is affixed to the inner of the pipe and gives a very smooth surface. Ceramics with very low friction factor at low impingement angles decreases the abrasion of materials maximally. Its low density makes it easy to carry and install. Furthermore, its diamond-like hardness, fine grain structure and superior mechanical strength are the unique features that make it a wide range of demanding applications, such as coal preparation, power generation, iron and steelmaking, cement, asphalt, dredging, mining and mineral processing, oil and gas drilling. Metals have good ductility but poor resistance to abrasion - which means that abrasion prevention is required when metal pipes are used in high-temperature fluid catalyst service. On the other hand, ceramics possess great hardness and abrasion resistance, but they are brittle. Metal Ceramic double pipe is a hybrid pipe using metal as an outer pip
