耐磨管的改造分为4个阶段

近些年电厂、钢铁、冶金、煤炭、矿山、水泥、石化等的新建和技改项目在设计时已非常注重这一点,对有关管道的耐磨性提出了较高的要求,目的在于延长管道寿命,保证电厂、钢铁、冶金、煤炭、矿山、水泥、石化等安全运行、并降低生产成本。目前建湖县远达特种材料有限公司生产的陶瓷内衬复合钢管已成为耐磨管的首选产品。

耐磨管改革阶段说明

  1. 人们在传统的普通碳素钢管的基础上,努力研制各种耐磨管道。作为第一代耐磨管道,虽改善了管道的耐磨性并提高了管道的寿命,但由于增加了负荷,提高了管道的工程造价,且当管系应力变化时铸石难以不被破坏,在电厂铸石钢管焊裂的现象时常发生。
  2. 为此,产生了第二代耐磨管道—耐磨白口铁管道,这种管道的整体性能虽优于铸石钢管,但由于其硬脆性和不可焊接性给工程施工、安装和生产维修带来了难以避免的困难和事故。
  3. 接着又产生了耐磨铸钢管道,但其存在铸造方面目前难以克服的铸造缺陷,以及技术条件要求的不完善,20多毫米厚的铸钢弯头经风压试验出现泄漏以及试用时漏粉等现象时有发生,且工程造价过高。
  4. 一种借助于工业标准批量生产的钢管作为母材、采用铝热离心工艺生产的陶瓷复合管及管件产品,作为新一代耐磨管道便应运而生。
