Alumina ceramic lined pipes

Ceramic Tile Lined Steel Pipes have very uniform coating of specially formulated ceramic material that is affixed to the inner of the pipe and gives a very smooth surface. Ceramics with very low friction factor at low impingement angles decreases the abrasion of materials maximally.

Its low density makes it easy to carry and install. Furthermore, its diamond-like hardness, fine grain structure and superior mechanical strength are the unique features that make it a wide range of demanding applications, such as coal preparation, power generation, iron and steel making, cement, asphalt, dredging, mining and mineral processing, oil and gas drilling.

The Ceramic Tiles could protect Industrial Components against abrasion, impact wear and high temperature of above 1000C. Standard Flat Tiles of Square & Rectangular Shape having thickness of 6 to 50 mm, with or without central hole are available.

Materials: seamless mild steel pipe plus 95% alumina ceramics for liner
Designed pressure: >= 0.35Mpa
Normal operation velocity: 20-35m/s
Normal operation temperature: -50-350
Running medium: mixture of air and powder

Size of the pipe: the inner diameter is between 1 to 120 or even lager

Silicon carbide alloy ceramic wear tube

Reaction bonded SiC is made by infiltrating compacts made of mixtures of SiC and carbon with liquid silicon. The silicon reacts with the carbon forming more SiC which bonds the initial SiC particles. Silicon carbide is formed in two ways, reaction bonding and sintering. Each forming method greatly affects the end microstructure. Reaction bonded SiC is made by infiltrating compacts made of mixtures of SiC and carbon with liquid silicon. The silicon reacts with the carbon forming more SiC which bonds the initial SiC particles. Sintered SiC is produced from pure SiC powder with non-oxide sintering aids. Conventional ceramic forming processes are used and the material is sintered in an inert atmosphere at temperatures up to 2000ºC or higher. Both forms of silicon carbide (SiC) are highly wear resistant with good mechanical properties, including high temperature strength and thermal shock resistance. Our engineers are always available to best advise you on the strengths and weaknesses of ea...

ASTM A335 P9 Alloy Steel Pipes

ASTM A335 P9 Alloy Steel Pipes alloy steel ,  Alloy steel pipe ,  ASTM A335 ,  ASTM A335 p9 ,  Steel pipe ,  steel pipes ASTM A335 P9 is the part of ASTM A335, The pipe shall be suitable for bending, flanging, and similar forming operations, and for fusion welding. The steel material shall conform to chemical composition, tensile property, and hardness requirements. Each length of pipe shall be subjected to the hydrostatic test. Also, each pipe shall be examined by a non-destructive examination method in accordance to the required practices. The different mechanical test requirements for pipes, namely, transverse or longitudinal tension test, flattening test, and hardness or bend test are presented.Both ends of each crate will indicate the order no., heat no., dimensions, weight and bundles or as requested. Material & Manufacture Pipe may be either hot finished or cold drawn with the finishing heat treatment noted below. Heat Treatment A / N+T N+T / Q+T N+T ...

Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene pipe

Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) is a new kind of engineering thermoplastics with more than 3 million viscosity-average molecular weight. What is UHMWPE Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene pipe has superior performance over conventional HDPE pipe such as very high wear resistance, impact resistance, excellent resistance to internal pressure strength, resistance to environmental stress cracking, intrinsically self-lubricating, anti-adhesion, low temperature resistance and excellent chemical resistance. UHMWPE wear pipe UHMWPE pipe bend UHMWPE pipe for dredginge UHMWPE pipe with flangee Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW full name is ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene pipe) is a thermoplastic engineering plastics with an average molecular weight greater than 1.5 million, which is polymerized by ethylene and butadiene monomer under the action of a catalyst. Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene is superior in comprehensive performance, abrasion ...
