耐磨管道按材质和制作工艺分类

耐磨管道的材料主要是合金,还有有色金属、非金属和复合材料等。以合金为材料的钢管按制作工艺又可分为:轧制钢管、焊接钢管和铸造钢管等。其中焊接钢管所组成的管道工程,也称合金管道。合金管道包括管道支架及附属设备,其实是钢结构工程的重要内容。

陶瓷管道一般是将陶瓷衬于普通碳钢管内,耐磨性很好,易于安装,我公司生产的耐磨陶瓷管道可用于高温、腐蚀等工况。

另外我公司生产的复合涂料管道,易于施工,抗腐蚀抗磨损耐冲击,但不抗高温。
