陶瓷管道安装施工中的安全要点

管道安装施工,安全问题十分突出,应该采用有力措施保证安全施工,现将要点列于 下面。
①在陶瓷管道安装时,为便于陶瓷管道安装施工方便,需适当设置脚手架等安全设施。
②在结构吊装时,为防止人员、物料和工具坠落或飞出造成安全事故,需铺设安全网。 安全网根据使用性能分为安全平网和安全竖网。
③为便于陶瓷管道安装施工,在陶瓷管道阀门等部位按规定要设操作平台。
④陶瓷管道安装施工需要许多设备,如电焊机、空压机、氧气瓶、乙炔瓶等,这些设备的 使用必须严格按安全操作规程执行。
⑤施工用的电动机械和设备均需接地,绝对不允许使用破损的导线和电缆,严防设备漏电。施工用电气设备和机械的电缆,必须集中在一起,并分别设置配电箱。
⑥髙空施工作业时,作业人员必须按规定进行“三宝”和“四口”防护。
⑦安装施工时还应注意防火,提供必要的灭火设备和消防人员。
⑧安装施工应认真执行安装方案。特别是安全操作要求。
